Anxiety Disorders, Panic Attacks Healthy Place Forum- This forum is hosted on, one of the largest mental health websites where you can get trusted information about psychological disorders, tests, and services.  They have a wonderful forum full of great information and people who are more than willing to help you.

Social Anxiety Disorder and Social Phobia Support - This website is dedicated to helping you learn more about social anxiety with reviews about treatment options as well as a robust forum full of great conversations that will help you work toward discarding your social anxiety.

The Five Minute Journal - This is one tool that I've been using for nearly a year now that has truly been helpful on my anxiety journey.  Instead of waking up and starting my day off with my anxious thoughts, I start and end each day with gratitude on my mind.

An Easy Way to Start Meditating
