/r/DecidingToBeBetter – Reddit – This is one of my favorite Reddit threads, and where I hang out along to learn and share.  The community here is all about self-betterment.  If the other Reddit thread’s are too specific, this may be a better fit for you.

Anxiety Disorders, Panic Attacks Healthy Place Forum– This forum is hosted on, one of the largest mental health websites where you can get trusted information about psychological disorders, tests, and services.  They have a wonderful forum full of great information and people who are more than willing to help you.

Social Anxiety Disorder and Social Phobia Support – This website is dedicated to helping you learn more about social anxiety with reviews about treatment options as well as a robust forum full of great conversations that will help you work toward discarding your social anxiety.

Decrease Anxiety and Stress by Practicing Gratitude

The Five Minute Journal – This is one tool that I’ve been using for nearly a year now that has truly been helpful on my anxiety journey.  Instead of waking up and starting my day off with my anxious thoughts, I start and end each day with gratitude on my mind.

An Easy Way to Start Meditating

Headspace – Have you ever wanted to try meditation but felt overwhelmed by all the rules?  If so, I recommend Headspace.  This website and mobile app will help you to practice mindfulness meditation with just 10 minutes a day.  Get started completely free with the Take 10 Challenge.  10 days of guided meditation.
