National Institute of Mental Health – 866-615-6464
The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is the lead federal agency for research on mental disorders. NIH is part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). NIMH envisions a world in which mental illnesses are prevented and cured.
National Association of Social Workers – There are many places to find professional social workers who provide individual psychotherapy and other forms of mental health assistance, including group therapy and support groups.

Amazon Basic Classic Lined Notebook – This is a good blank notebook that I personally use for long form journaling. It has 240 lined pages. If you enjoy the process of putting pen to page and need somewhere to do it, get yourself one of these notebooks.
